Accounting Pronouncements Not Yet Adopted 听 Internal-Use Software.听 In August 2018, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (鈥淔ASB鈥) issued new guidance which aligns the requirements for capitalizing implementation costs incurred in a hosting arrangement that is a service contract with the requirements for capitalizing implementation costs incurred to develop or obtain internal-use software.听听The guidance will be effective for the Company in the first quarter of 2020 with early adoption permitted. The Company is currently assessing the impact that adopting this new accounting standard will have on its consolidated financial statements. |
